The leather for Samsung Galaxy case is unique, vintage and wild.

The smartphone leather sleeve KATASTOPHENSCHUTZ is lined with 2 mm wool felt in anthracite mixed. The 2.8 mm thick leather is a vegetable-tanned natural leather from a small tannery, a family business, in southern Germany. The leather is traditionally tanned by hand and then treated with natural waxes and oils. Extraordinary colour shades give the leather a unique look, which is created with wax and heat. The outstanding quality of the leather can not only be seen, but also smelled.

This is how we manufacture the leather cases for the Samsung devices:

After cutting, we "sharpen" the side and bottom edges of the leather, i.e. the edges of the leather are planed so that your mobile phone can later be easily inserted into the sleeve, the sleeve becomes handier and fits better to the Samsung mobile phone. The leather sleeves are slim-fit, so that the tension of the sleeve holds the smartphone well in the sleeve - but is still easy to remove. Please note that additional protective cases have no place in the cover.

Each piece is unique: the leather varies in colour effect. So every leather case has its own charm and character.

The leather is a natural leather that is treated with waxes and oils to give it a great natural antique look. It does not need any care. The leather gets scratches and patina when used, which makes it even more valuable. White areas in the embossing - caused by the leakage of oil and wax - can easily be removed with a soft cloth or brush. The wool felt for your smartphone cover is a natural product: small inclusions of grass or straw are not a reason for complaint but a sign of an authentic natural product.
