At Whitsun 2024, Kelternplatz in Metzingen becomes a gallery for arts and crafts: regional and national exhibitors offer handmade and artistic works from a variety of techniques for sale. The artisans' stands are artfully decorated and present a diverse selection of handmade products. From ornate jewelry to masterfully crafted ceramics, from lovingly designed textiles to detailed woodwork - here, every visitor will find a unique piece to suit their individual taste. The artists are proud to present their works in person and are happy to answer questions and talk to visitors. At many stands you can watch the artists (glassblower, basket maker, stonemason) at work. In addition to our werktat bags for men and women made of felt and leather, felt coasters and keychains made of felt, there is also a lot of art and hands-on activities for children. Here you can discover unique treasures created with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Visitors can not only purchase works of art, but also feel the passion and enthusiasm of the artists up close. In addition, the market also offers a variety of delicacies such as hearty dishes, refreshing drinks and tempting smelling homemade cakes.
